Judy has more than 25years of experience in project and property management. She holds a CFM from IFMA and has been recognized in Who's Who in Professional and Executive Women. Judy graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Business Management. Her education also includes a degree from LaSalle University in Chicago, IL in Interior Design and a certificate from Utah Technical College in Credit Law and Management.
A Colorado native and graduate of the University of Colorado School of Business, Mike Bloom began his career in industrial real estate in l973. He transacted over $100 million in sales and leases while affiliated with Shames-Makovsky Realty Company, where he was a partner until forming Michael Bloom Realty Company in 1988. Specializing in industrial properties, he has brokered the sale and leasing of millions of square feet of warehouse space in Denver over the past 30+ years and is known as an expert in industrial properties. He also owns several warehouse properties, which gives him first-hand appreciation of the needs and priorities of property owners. The NAIOP Broker of the Year in 1990 and the ProLogis Broker of the Year in 2006, Mike has served as an elected member of the Board of Directors of Denver Commercial Association of Realtors, is a court appointed receiver for several large industrial properties and has served as a Community Representative on the Environmental Review Committee for the City and County of Denver Zoning Administration.
Born and raised in Ohio, Matt received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Florida State University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida. Matt pursued a career in Urban and Regional Planning in Central Florida from 2002 to 2012. He relocated to Denver in 2012 and joined Michael Bloom Realty Company shortly thereafter. During Matt's tenure with Michael Bloom Realty Company, he has annually averaged over 100,000 square feet and $2 million in industrial and warehouse leasing transactions for both the firm’s own listings and his tenant representation clients. Matt's background in City Planning combined with his experience in Industrial Real Estate provides a great foundation for understanding the intricacies of land use, zoning, special uses, site development, and permitting of warehouse properties.
Meredith has a B.S. in Accounting from Colorado State University and a M.A. in International Studies from University of Denver. She has over seven years of accounting experience including more than two years in audit and accounting in the field of property management. She is a Colorado native who enjoys the great Colorado lifestyle.
Susie is the manager of the accounting department at Michael Bloom Realty, handling all aspects of A/R, A/P & general ledger accounting for the property management accounts. She has 30 years of experience in all areas of accounting and is a licensed CPA in Colorado.
