Patty Newcomb

As Accounting Manager, Patty Newcomb has turned her passion for detail and accuracy into a successful career at Michael Bloom Realty Company since 2018. She brings more than 30 years of experience in the field of property management, including everything from Class A, full-service office buildings to industrial warehouses. Patty enjoys being able to provide property owners and tenants alike with the timely, accurate, and complete economic information that they require to make meaningful decisions for their business. She holds a BS in Accounting from California State University Stanislaus.

In her professional life, Patty enjoys watching the results of her efforts and dedication. That philosophy applies in her personal life as well, such as when planting her annual vegetable gardens from seed to harvest, or birdwatching from nesting to flight. She also enjoys spending time with her family, going camping, and watching her daughter’s competitive volleyball tournaments and her son’s leisure softball games.
